Video: Another Water Powered Car

Another water powered car video on YouTube… this and similar videos have been getting hundreds of thousands of hits, indicating there are a lot of people watching these. The question is whether it is just hot air (pardon the pun) or whether there is something happening here which challenges conventional physics and allows the water molecule to split into hydrogen and oxygen with only a fraction of the energy burning hydrogen can produce.
