Through good detective work by Touko Pouko, the Mylow Magnetic Motor that was receiving widespread attention has been proved a hoax. Mylow himself has admitted this (see last video posted here), coupled with a strange claim of having being coerced into faking his later demonstrations.
Here is Touko Pouko’s first video showing how Mylow faked his “magnetic motors.” (He suggests you use HQ and full screen if possible because some of the details are difficult to notice.)

You can spot the lines in some of the existing YouTube backups of Mylow’s videos if you watch them in HQ/full-screen.

The fourth and “definitely last” part of The Force trilogy, the documentary series investigating the Mylow’s Magnetic Motor phenomenon. This one includes footage of some early (2007, 2008) Mylow devices. Actually quite fun to watch!
Here Mylow admits faking the motor experiments… last part is silence.
Alan Sterling, in one of his articles detailing the hoax notes that he got a very interesting email from Mylow’s brother, Tony. Alan writes, “In response to my question about the fish line discovery, he [Tony] requested no further communication, and said:
this has been very difficult for me and my brother.
the only thing i will say is that the originals where real and
my brother was told not to post anymore (real) motors.
Speculation about “Men In Black” conspiracy continues… so this saga may not be over yet.
